"Balance" just one word, 7 letters...is easy to read and remember...
but is hard to enliven it...

Balance, sometimes there might be someone treat U very good compare to others,
is not relate to wether u done a good job just because the desire.
but in the other hand, people just think that's is unbalance treatment...
it can be seen in any place and any times.And i really need this kind of Balance now...
